My First Bicycle in Two Decades — Marin Stinson

I bought a bicycle this weekend — a Marin Stinson — a really cool comfort bicycle compared to the touring bike I used to ride in the 80’s.  It rides more up-right compared to the traditional road and touring bike.  The gearings are closer to a road bike than those on a mountain bikes to allow the bike to travel faster on paved roads.

There is a lot of cool places to ride bicycle in Irvine. I rode from my place to the old El Toro Marine Corps Air Station this past Sunday morning. The bike rode pretty well through potholes, gravels and constructions.

Tiffany is going to start practicing, too. When she gets more comfortable, she is going to buy hers, and we are going to explore the numerous trails around Irvine.
